Church Potluck

Taco Bar

This is our last potluck dinner until the Fall.

I trust that this taco bar will be satisfying for all.

A traditional taco in a taco shell or a tortilla.

For those  not too keen on tacos there will be rice that can be jazzed up with

taco toppings or make a taco salad.

The church will provide taco shells, tortillas and rice.  

Here is a list of items we will need to make our meal complete

TACO Meat:(raw weight)

Ground beef 4 X 1 1/2 kg

Chicken ground/shredded 4 X 1 1/2 kg

Pulled pork  4 X 2kg

Shredded cheddar 2kg

Shredded Nacho cheese 1kg

Iceberg lettuce 3 heads 

Coleslaw 3 bags 397gm

Cilantro 3 bunches

Chopped onions 4 sweet, 2 red

Chopped tomatoes  10

Mangos, frozen  2 bags 

Bell pepper  2 X 3pack

Frozen corn 2 bags

Sour cream 3 X 750ml

Guacamole 3 X 454g

Salsa 3 X  670ml

Taco sauce 2 bottles

5 - 9X13 pan brownies

      regular or Mexican

1 - 4litre pail vanilla icecream

We have a new double oven in the kitchen so we’ll be able

 to heat all the meat. Your crock pots are still welcome.

Please let me know what you can bring so 

I can ensure we have what’s needed.

We could use a couple of people to help us in the kitchen

 to set up or clean up or both.
