Hello, and WELCOME to Slave Lake Alliance Church! We invite you ALL into our family, our crazy bunch of loving and generous people. We are here for you Community! And our big question lately has been....how are you doing? And we are asking ourselves here at SLAC, how are WE doing? How are we coping as individuals and as a group? A group that now gathers again on a weekly basis to join together and become stronger together.
As we navigate the events that have unfolded over these last few months, and anticipate what is to come in the near future and the weeks and months ahead, we have your back! Many of us have never experienced anything like what we are going through- you are not alone! It is true though that moving forward and together- it will be okay! We will get through this.
So, let us know. How are you really doing? In these times of some uncertainty, we are all in this together. This can be an opportunity to acknowledge where we've come from as individual people, where we want to be, and perhaps how we can take steps to get help if we need it, or support, or just companionship or comfort in our crazy world. We want you to know WE CARE!
Here is a verse in the Bible that speaks about Hope. During the Covid-19 turmoil in our society, we cling to these truths as a church family!
