This WeekDid you catch last Sunday's message? Last Sunday, Herb spoke on the topic of anxiety and asked the question "Is it possible to have peace in anxious times?" The Scriptures he based his message on are found in Philippians 4:6-8. What a great reminder that we can have peace, especially when we go to Him first!
Here is a personal story from a member of our church: "Last week I was really struggling with anxiety. Even in the hours and minutes leading up to church on Sunday. When Carol spoke about her anxiety and Herb shared a message from his life, I felt less alone and clearly saw the hand of God working to bring peace back into my heart and mind. It was such a great reminder to me of why we have church family and why we gather." It is awesome to see God working in our midst!
Come and join us this Sunday at 11 am. The weekly services will still be available online if you are not able to make it in person. Slave Lake Alliance Church YouTube
